Job Description

Specialist Damp and Mould Surveyor
£300 per day Umbrella Rate (dependant on Qualification)
Initial 3 Months
Inside IR35
 
Role
·        Carrying out in depth assessments of reported damp and mould, identifying the causes and appropriate solutions. Requires strong technical diagnostic skills and excellent inter-personal skills/customer service skills.
·         Being part of a new team and supporting the implementation of new procedures and best practise.
·         Familiarity with NHF SOR v7 preferred and have good contract management skills.
·         Access to car to carry out surveys and quality checks.
·         Hybrid working with at least 3/4 days a week office base
*You must have previous experience of damp and mould inspection
