Job Description
A specialist Design Manager opportunity has been created for an Architect looking to move away from a design position with a high-growth firm as a result of their new project wins.

This opportunity has been created within a specialist Design Management firm based in the City of London who support Architects & Designers to deliver highly complex projects worldwide. Description
This is a challenging project management style role which will best suit an Architect with experience of coordinating multi-discipline teams, developing design programmes, and making sub-consultant appointments. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients at briefing stage to develop and implement design programmes
Assist clients with workflow and resource planning if necessary
Oversee sub-consultant appointments by ensuring contracts are accurate and in place
Coordinate with the design team on behalf of the lead Architect/Design firmProfile
This is a Design Manager position and requires:
An architecture/design background with previous exposure to a large scale/complex project environment (mainly working with multi-discipline teams)
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
Capability and/or willingness to develop design programmes and oversee sub-consultant appointmentsJob Offer
