Design Manager – London
The Company
This Design Manager's role is with one of the UK’s major main contractor’s. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractor’s in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – 50million. The current position is for a Design Manager to join their interiors/refurbishment division that works with leading commercial, retail and public sector clients.
The Person
We are looking for a Design Manager who has been working within a main contracting environment to lead a £20m refurb project in Central London. You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will have been involved with all the design aspects of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring design is being delivered on time, within budget and at the desired quality. Experience of working on structural refurbs and fit out projects would be an advantage.
