Digital Analyst / Digital Insight Analyst

London – Hybrid

A talented and experienced Digital Analyst is required to join one of the UK's most trusted & recognised brands and be part of a fast-paced Digital team working on some of the most exciting innovations in the industry and used by millions of customers.

The Role

Working with the Digital Analytics Manager, you will be excited to delve into the company's Google Analytics platform and draw meaningful business conclusions to help inform key business decisions.

As a Digital Analyst your responsibilities will include:

Ensure accurate capture and processing of digital data (including Google Big Query, Google Analytics, Doubleclick)
Play an instrumental role in driving improvements through data to existing journeys, whilst working closely with the Scrum Team.
Use data and analysis with the intent to deliver meaningful change
Work collaboratively and alongside the CRO team to assess and identify opportunities for testing and optimisation
Ensure data is readily available to key stakeholders through automated reports and dashboards
Deliver analysis of digital marketing channels to optimise performance, including but not limited to; PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Display
Take a proactive approach to identifying additional opportunities for growth or efficiency
Ensure reporting & analysis slides are updated to meet deadlines
Consistently check all reporting and analysis for accuracy and work proactively with colleagues to ensure they are making accurate data-led decisions
Ensure third-party data sources (eg Google Ads) are integrated into digital data tools and end user reports
Take a proactive approach in reviewing existing systems, processes, reporting and analysis
Stay up to date with industry developments, best practices and new technologies
Propose and deliver improvement in working with internal and external stakeholders About you

Essential

Strong experience delivering analysis of digital data and identifying opportunities
Experience of working with a number of stakeholders to drive digital change (e.g. Product, CRO, Acquisition)
Direct experience of using data and analysis to inform key business decisions (e.g. actionable insights & recommendations that help lead to increased sales, conversion rate improvements)
Background in digital with hands-on attitude and ability to deliver
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads & Google Data Studio is necessary
Proficient user of SQL particularly for Google Big Query
Familiarity with Python to handle APIs and other cloud computing
Experience of creating automated reporting / dashboards
Knowledge of tag management/data layer implementation desirable, but not vital
The ability to work across multiple projects to deadline concurrently Desirable
