Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Strategist to work across integrated comms (but mainly Digital) for a Creative agency in Shoreditch, London. 3 days on site in Shoreditch/2 days from home.
The ideal Digital Strategist will come from an agency side back ground and will have worked on clients within either Finance, B2B Technology or Luxury sector as accounts are mainly High end Private Banks and Investors.
The Digital Strategist is the architect of their client campaigns and on-going programmes and sits at the intersection of creative ideas, digital experiences and integrated media channels. They support the Experience Partner and work closely with the Strategy and Creative teams to devise engaging ideas that are properly integrated across the channels that best achieve a brand’s communications tasks and business objectives, whilst mitigating challenges.
Responsibilities as their digital strategist:
* Support Experience Partner and act as day-to-day engagement planning for high-profile accounts; play a key role in building trusted relationships with clients alongside other colleagues
* Demonstrate an understanding of audience behaviors and media relevant to asset managers, private banks, Fintechs, professional services and government as their Digital Strategist
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience of complex and intermediated financial and D2C audiences across channels that include digital, social, content, email/marketing automation, experiential, TV, print, OOH, and search
* Analyse data from tools such as SimilarWeb, Google Analytics and Nielsen to gain customer and sector insight, along with client-supplied and agency-generated data sources where relevant
* Work with the Experience Partner to develop integrated end-to-end customer journeys and ecosystems across: Digital, social, content, email/marketing automation, experiential, TV, print, OOH, and search as their Digital Strategist
* Develop and execute content and social media strategies for complex clients within regulated and intermediated financial services companies, UHNW individuals and their advisors and D2C
* Determine the communications tasks for each campaign and write briefs that guide messaging and execution tailored for each channel
* Determine the communications tasks for campaigns and brief editorial writers and creatives to create articles and required assets such as video and infographics as their Digital Strategist
* Partner closely with media agency, marketing automation agencies and clients digital teams to ensure that ideas are deployed through the proper mix of channels
* Create KPIs and analyse campaign metrics and leverage insights from data to improve comms effectiveness
* Demonstrate an understanding of audience behaviours within media, and a working knowledge of media relevant to the client’s business including digital, social, content, email/marketing automation, experiential, TV, print, OOH, and search
* Support new business pitches and client growth as their Digital Strategist
Experience as their digital strategist:
* Thorough understanding of strategy with experience in an integrated, digital or content marketing agency (or all three)
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in integrated strategy, digital, content, social, marketing automation and paid media.
* Knowledge of integrated media planning with expertise in developing digital, social, content, and experiential campaigns
* Experience of B2B and complex, regulated sectors such as Finance and Professional services
* Experience extending creative into innovative ideas and integrated comms campaigns across multiple media channels and the ability to demonstrate traceable impact on the brand
* Experience analysing campaign performance and an understanding of the role analytics plays in selling and measuring ideas
* Superior professionalism with clients and internal team
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written Powerpoint documents and present authoritatively, clearly and eloquently
* Well organized and detail-oriented
* Ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task
* Ability to work under pressure and deadlines as their Digital Strategist
