Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Commercial Environments | Kent / South East London | Planned & Reactive works | circa £40K – £42K + van, fuel & package.

Are you a qualified Electrician with experience in commercial maintenance? Due to company expansion and new contracts coming live, we are currently recruiting for multiple Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineers across Kent / South East London regions to carry out predominately reactive maintenance. (ie: Dartford, Bromley, Greenwich etc)

The nature of the environments are predominately retail and hospitality venues. Technical duties will involve; Electrical fault finding, lighting and lighting switching systems, external lighting, car park lighting, lamp post systems, decorative lighting, emergency lighting and LED lighting, door entry systems, intercoms and secure access systems, fire alarms, intruder alarms and monitoring systems, electrical installations, LV switch gear and other electrical devices, electrical Installation Condition Report (ECIR), portable appliance testing (PAT), isolating circuits, control panels.

Package:

* Package: £40-42K basic salary.

* Company Van.

* Fuel Card.

* Call out 1 in 7 weeks (£25 per day standby allowance (£1,000 per annum) + £80 per call out).

* Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm as standard basic working hours.

* Paid overtime available for additional earnings.

Requirements:

* Qualified Electrician (to City and Guilds Part 2 / Level 3 standard or equivalent).

* Happy to work on a fast paced, reactive basis.

* Experience within any retail or hospitality environments on a reactive basis would be ideal but not essential.

* Hold a full UK driving license.
