Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Canary Wharf, East London | Commercial Maintenance | £43,300 + Extremely Attractive Package | Client Side.

Are you a qualified Electrician? Are you experienced within the Commercial Maintenance sector? would you be interested in working client side opposed to a service provider?

We are currently recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a maintenance team within an extremely prestigious commercial office premises.

You will be part of the landlord team maintenance all landlord and plant areas of the premises. This will include planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance duties and may include (dependant on skillset) duties such as; Electrical fault finding, wiring, lamps, ballasts, LED lighting, decorative lighting, emergency lighting / emergency light tests, control panels, induction motors, transformers, switching equipment, sockets, circuits, single/3 phase power supplies, floor boxes, AHUs/FCUS (air handling units / fan coil units) inspections, coil cleans, filter changes, pumps, BMS monitoring (temperature changes etc), general routine building maintenance may also be included on occasion such as basic plumbing (taps, washers, flushers, internal blockages etc).

* Basic Salary: £43,300

* Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements:

* City and Guilds / NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.

* Experience working in maintenance within a commercial office environment..

* Happy to work within a client facing role.
