Job Description

Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking an individual who is a confident communicator, experienced coordinator and administrator.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of engagement activities and events.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fantastic organisation located in the City for an initial period of 12 months (with possibility of extension).

Who you will be working for?

Our Client is an Innovative and collaborate employer focused on supporting UK based Companies.  You will be working alongside senior management as part of a close and collaborative team. 

What you will be doing?

As Engagement Coordinator you will setup and coordinate online events and supporting activities
and communication.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Support the development of event plans and briefs

Creation of invitations and/or setup of Eventbrite pages for events.
Ensure facilitators and speakers have all necessary information.
Manage collection of survey feedback for events and activities.
Manage and host Zoom or other webinar tools.
Track signups and registrations, and work with marketing teams in promotional activity.
Ensure in person events have all required collateral and equipment available.
Organise catering, AV, photography and other services for in person events.
Attend in person events to represent and promote our programmes.
Any other reasonable duties required. The ideal candidate should have:

Hold at least 3 years experience of co-ordination and administration.
An ability to plan out and deliver activities in a structured way.
Ability to confidently use Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
Ability to write clear instructions, briefs and copy for a range of stakeholders.
Able to work flexibly, and to tight deadlines.
Openness to working as part of cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication both written and verbal.
Pro-active and positive approach to work.

The annual salary is £25,000pa-£30,000pa (dependent on experience).
