Are you a hands-on Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for variety of work where no two days are the same, ongoing training and development, for a long-standing and prestigious manufacturer?

In this role you will be part of a larger production team that produce specialist metal component which range from size, complexity, and volume. There will be consistent training from shadowing other employees and occasional overtime available with time off in lieu.

This manufacturing company produces components that go into a range of industries, from defence and agriculture to medical and nuclear industries. They are the largest producer of these components in the country and have been operating since the 1950's. They boast impressive staff retention, whilst continuously growing year on year, currently turning over £26 million a year.

This role would suit a Technician or Engineer with a mechanical background from any industry looking to develop their skills in a company that will value them and cultivate their progression.

The Role:

Working hands-on to manufacture specialist metal parts
Setting machinery, changing tools, metal forming, and maintenance of tooling
Ongoing training and development
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm, 40 hours a weekThe Person:
