Job Description
A well established retail company are urgently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in their Central London office. Due to a rapid growth within the Development Operations team you will join a fast paced environment and will be working closely with the Development Operations Manager to provide 2nd and 3rd line support to both the IT team and to users.
As an Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining strong links with 3rd party software providers in order to manage the quick resolution of application errors. Along with this you will also work with business end users to ensure the applications, systems and processes continue to allow the business units to perform to the best of their ability.
You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:
Basic salary of £47,000
Hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote in the Central London office
£7,500 a year of out of hours work which is one week in four. This will be paid on top of your basic salary
Up to 20% Bonus of your basic salary
Skills Required:
Experience as a 2nd/3rd line application support analyst
SQL
Strong experience in ERP software – Infor M3 or Dynamics AX would be ideal
Experience Supporting POS
Experience Supporting Ecommerce software – Salesforce Commerce Cloud would be ideal
