The Role:

Financial analysis, modelling for project financing and supporting finance control at company level
Contract drafting, review and analysis at project level from company and commercial perspective
Preparing and analysing various project documents for the due diligence process
Attend meetings with key stakeholders
Financial assessment of new projects in the development portfolioThe Person:

Experience in Finance / Legal industry
