The Financial Analyst will work as part of the FP&A team and will focus on the following responsibilities.

Assist in the preparation of annual 3-year plans, budgets and forecasts
Assist in the production of the monthly management reporting pack
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with budget, forecasts, and prior year
Develop and produce monthly financial performance dashboards for each broking desk
Run the month end overhead allocation model
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
Analyse past results, to identify trends to support forward planning
Support the Head of FP&A with the day to day
Ad-hoc projects
Key Skills

ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
At least 2 years experience for a multi-site international group
Strong Excel Skills
Proficient in reporting tools such as Power BI & Jet Reports
Strong presentation skills
High proficiency with financial modelling techniques
