Job Description

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established National Heating contractor operating within the Local Authority sector.
They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out annual landlord gas safety checks for a local council.
Contract details below:
Work Type: Annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s) – pre-booked appointments via app
Location: Croydon
Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Rates: £23 per completed property (average 10-14 completed jobs per day)
Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand
Requirements:
Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
Domestic ACS qualifications including CKR1 and HTR1
Gas Safe Registration
Van
Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
Public Liability Insurance – £2,000,000
Immediate starts available on a contract without an end date.
