German Speaking Application Support Engineer| Remote-working | Circa £35,000 | Online Travel Industry
A native German speaking Application Support professional is required by a brilliant company within the online travel industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual with strong experience within technical support / SaaS support, to develop their career in a market leading company.
This is a remote based position with travel to the German Head Office 3/4 times per year
An annual salary of circa £35,000 is available depending on experience + remote working
Our client is a leading software company within the online travel industry, providing a great opportunity within a friendly and welcoming company.
Onboard clients onto the SaaS platform, and take ownership of each customer from initial training to online activation.
Resolve technical implementation issues where possible, otherwise escalate to technical support or distribution team
Work with other team members to develop new training methodologies, additional client resources and documentation to support client training (e.g. help guides, email templates etc.)
Provide accurate reporting for all client contact and training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience in a Customer Support/SAAS Software Support role solving issues on the phone and Live Chat OR experience in an online training role within a software company.
Native level of German: verbal and written. Fluent spoken and written English for internal use only. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for ‘right 1st time’ approach to service
Excellent problem solving & analytical skills – Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues Outstanding oral and written communication skills
