Career Level Manager
Our client is one of the first media agencies, leading the way in return on investment for their clients. Their global HQ is run out of their London office and they work on some of the biggest brands out there, with care, passion and drive for results.
They are now seeking a Global Digital Performance Director to join the global account team for one of their clients: one of the world´s biggest, multi-billion $, beauty companies, with a portfolio of over 70 brands in luxury, consumer and professional and operating in over 40 markets worldwide.
The Global Digital Performance Director role will be responsible for:
Leading best practice policies and processes for the search and social media performance channels
Paid and organic search media strategies and guidelines, measurement strategies, and account growth strategies
Local teams' training, support and knowledge sharing
Understanding and expanding upon knowledge of attribution, conversion rate optimization and user-experience
Ensuring quality assurance processes are adhered to by search and social teams
Ensuring the teams are aligned with and executing against key success metrics, e.g. Google feature adoption and utilisation
Analysing wider industry and market trends and understanding how these apply to and affect account performance
Nurturing key partnerships with Google, Bing, DS360, Facebook, Snap, Twitter.
Helping facilitate a strong ‘team’ ethos, by exhibiting focused and positive team leadership, developing line managers and career development plans
Generating case studies and award entries
Have a minimum 4-5 years Paid Search and Social media planning/activation experience, with extensive biddable media experience
Have extensive client-facing experience on major global accounts, ideally in an agency environment
Have team management experience
Be experienced in driving innovation in biddable media
Have advanced knowledge of Google SA360, Adwords and Analytics
Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Have strong leadership and communication skills, be confident and influential, with experience of working with global and local market teams
Be solution driven, innovative and proactive with how you drive performance for your clients
Be strategic and commercially minded in planning goals for your teams as well as being able to shape and develop a biddable strategy The organisation has committed to ongoing flexibility for its workforce, and the role will be expected to be present in the office two days a week, or as needs dictate, with the possibility for remote and flexible working. The role is paying up to £70k pa for the right person, depending on experience, and the employer offers a great benefits package on top of the salary
