Global People & Culture Partner
Location: London – hybrid
We are looking for a collaborative, hardworking Global People & Culture Business Partner for a leading workplace and hospitality business. This role will be the key contact for a prestigious global account ensuing that businesses people and culture operating procedures are aligned with the client, ensuring the right talent, and the right workforce competencies required drive consistency and efficiency. As a member of Global Operations People & Culture this position will facilitate transformational change through our HR and Learning & Development service.
Strong commercial, customer focused approach, who makes a strategic contribution beyond function.
Have generalist HR experience at Head of HR or HR Director level and be ambitious, keen to develop your career and take the lead of P&C on a global key account.
Experienced with global professional services or hospitality businesses.
Extensive experience of managing change in fast moving and complex companies with strong consumer brands.
You'll have strong team management skills and be able to deliver a range of HR projects with support from the P&C team.
You'll enjoy being hands on but also able to think strategically and commercially, able to implement plans, confidently deliver and implement.
Excellent influencer and stakeholder management.
Professional and naturally collaborative and is a trusted partner to other senior executives.
