JOB – Graduate Manufacturing Engineer / Graduate Engineer

LOCATION – London

TERM – Permanent

SALARY – £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer on a permanent basis in London. This position would be suited for someone with either 1 years’ experience or Placement experience in a similar manufacturing position or a Graduate with a Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering.

The Graduate Manufacturing Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

Qualified with a BSc / BEng qualified in Manufacturing Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or similar degree.
Can also be qualified by 1 years’ experience in Industry but not needed.
Understanding of various manufacturing processes.
Good knowledge of manufacturing process improvements.
Have the ability to communicate with other members of staff and management.
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience of using Microsoft products e.g. Excel, word
Be able to work well alone as well as team.The Graduate Manufacturing Engineer role will involve:

Working within the existing engineering team
Assisting with process improvement tasks
Carrying out process and product introduction through process trials
Identifying critical path issues and address to improve process flow.
Minimising / reducing product waste.
