About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming sales representative to join a growing team in Central London and help establish my client business in the UK market. We are looking for a seasoned Lead Generation Specialist to be responsible for prospecting qualifying and generating new sales-ready leads to support the sales team. This individual should be highly-motivated and able to identify and develop new business prospects from a variety of sources including inbound marketing leads prospect data and individual research.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for learning and understanding products and services, customer use cases target verticals and personas. They will have strong communication skills and should be able to articulate to prospects why my clients product and services would be a relevant and preferable option over competitors and develop strategies to overcome prospect objections. They will possess excellent time and project management skills with the ability to multi tasks and prioritize.
Must have a sense of humour and dynamic personality.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be expected to efficiently complete task such as:
Follow up on leads provided
Develop new leads in market segments
Nurture a set of leads over time via email telephone and social media tools to warm them until they are ready to have a sales conversation
Conduct BANT qualification analysis of warm prospects and pass over BANT-qualified leads to Sales for follow up
Work closely with marketing team and provide feedback and metrics to marketing sourced leads.
Prepare and analyse lead generation pipeline reports and dashboards and continually improve results with a refinement of targets sources and processes.
Document all activities via a CRM tool. Skills & Expertise required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
Experience in Business to Business lead generation in the technology industry preferred
Proven experience in hands-on lead generation for a B2B product or service in an organisation that supports solution selling consultative sales. Preferably within technology sector.
Ability to meet and/or exceed predetermined lead generation quotas outbound calling/email quotas and closed sales results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in developing leads in a channel environment with resellers and referral partners is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRM software.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social networks
Proficiency in Google applications suite. My client offer you:
