A lovely school in Harrow (Rayners Lane) are looking to recruit passionate Graduate Teaching Assistants who are looking for an opportunity to get into teaching. The school is able to support teacher training through either university based training, Teach First Programme, Schools Direct or the Assessment Only Route.

You must have graduated a university degree to be considered.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This will be a varied role- there will be opportunities to support individual children, small groups and the class teacher to deliver great teaching
You will begin as a teaching assistant and be supported through your development to becoming a teacher
There will also be the opportunity to lead whole class teaching in a specialist subject such as music, PE, computing, art or French
Involves abespoke development programme, which can then act as a springboard into teacher training

The school is a Google school and therefore staff receive a laptop/ Chromebook.
