Job Description

Reliable Handyman required on a project in Lambeth to undertake :-
* Kitchen and Bathroom/Carpentry works – removing and re-installing kitchen worktops, wall and base units, renewal of boxing in, mastic joints etc.
* Tiling – approx. 1 – 2sqm
* Plumbing – disconnecting and re-connecting w/c, basin/pedestal, bath
* Fire stopping (not a necessity but willing to learn)
* Decoration
Handyman works are on a residential homes social housing project in Lambeth starting Monday 19.06.2023.
Handyman must have own tools and PPE and an asbestos awareness certificate (we will cover the cost of the latter if required)
For the right Handyman candidates there will be potential for future work.
Handyman rate is £17 per hour .
