Career Level Manager
We are currently recruiting a creative and enthusiastic Head Chef for our clients' site based in Central London.
Catering for a small site with approx. 200 currently on site, the kitchen provides staff dining as well as hospitality.
As the Head Chef, you will lead and manage your team to produce a high quality of fresh food for both the staff and hospitality. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen as well as working alongside the Catering Manager to drive the business forward.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with occasional evenings, approx. 40 hours per week
Our ideal candidate would
-Be at Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef level with a progressive work history
-Ideally have worked within corporate or B&I catering or similar
-Be a good leader as well as be able to work well within a team
-Be financially aware and able to manage GP and budget
-Be food led and up to date with current trends and concepts
-Have excellent communication skills as well as forward thinking
-Be genuinely passionate about food with an eye for detail and presentation
-Be friendly and willing with a positive can do attitude
