Job Description

A client who I work closely with are currently on the lookout for a Housing Solutions Support Officer to provide administrative support to solutions officers. This opportunity is a fully remote opportunity on an ongoing rolling contract!

Responsibilities

To support homeless prevention and relief officers to deliver effective housing solutions and homelessness services for clients with a variety of housing and social needs.
This will be predominately towards clients presenting as homeless under the provisions of the Homeless Reduction Act (HRA) 2017 and related legislation.
To provide effective and efficient administration and reception support to the Housing Solutions Service and to provide help and assistance to personal callers to the Service.
To have previous experience and understanding with the HRA 2017 and Part 6 & Part 7 of Housing Act 1996
