Housing Support Co-ordinator – £25,000 – £28,000 – Wandsworth
Social Housing Recruitment are excited to have partnered with a organisation who are truly passionate about supporting the homeless. They work closely with a variety of agencies to help find accommodation and offer support to residents.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Support Co-ordinator to join there team. The role will support with building and maintaining relationships with local authorities and charities, as well as working closely with the residents to ensure they have access to all the services they require and that the accommodation is of a high standard.

This will ensure you have the best resources to support residents and help support those who are struggling with homelessness.
As the successful Housing Support Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintain relationships with various agencies, local authorities and charities.
* Ensuring the referrals are managed in a timely fashion, and support is provided.
* Supporting the residents with any queries from emergency issues, ASB, welfare benefits, reporting repairs, rent and more.
* Conducting property viewings and inspections.
The ideal Housing Support Co-ordinator will have:
* Experience working with vulnerable adults in a housing or supported related environment.
* Experience with housing support needs, homeless, universal credit, etc.
* Full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
The successful Housing Support Co-ordinator will be offered a salary of £25,000 – £28,000, 25 days leave + bank holidays, pension, learning & development opportunities, flexible working and HMRC mileage.
