Job Description

Contract role for HR Administrator

My client is a well established long standing brand and I am working with them to recruit a HR Assistant / Administrator to join their small HR Team on a Maternity contract which will be between 9 – 12 months

Offices based in Harrow local to all transport links!

*Previous HR & Recruitment / Generalist Experience (At least 3 year)

A Graduate or working towards CIPD level 3

Previously worked in a fast paced company with more than 100 Employees

Duties of the role include:

Dealing with Offers & Contracts
Responding to letters
Scanning confidential documents
Diary Management
Organising Meetings
Conducting inductions
Inputting Payroll details
Ad Hoc HR and Reception duties* A can do attitude
* Excellent working knowledge of systems (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

* Team Player

* Helpful & easy going nature
* Can pick things up quickly
