Key Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for managing cases such as; probation, flexible working, performance, sickness, grievances & disciplinaries
Supporting with advice across the business at all levels up to director, partnering in a professional manor
Exposure to working on a range projects within the team with lots of opportunity and stretch
Working closely as a team and collaborating when necessary
Responsible for answering queries in a timely and efficient manor
Key Requirements Include:
Clear and demonstratable HR advisory experience
Ability to engage with colleagues of all levels across the organisation
Good judgement based on complex situations
Great influencer skills
Able to pick up tasks quickly and adapt to the situation
Delivery focused with strong delivery skills
Flexible and confident and resilient team player
Excellent communication skills This role will be working in the office 4 days of the week and 1 day WFH
