HR Generalist
London – hybrid after training
£32k
Professional Services Company based near St Katherine's Dock is looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join their HR team!
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Assisting with onboarding of new staff
Updating HR systems
Preparing offer letters and contracts
Assisting with leaver process
Assisting with administration for training
Conduct inductions for new starters
Reporting
Creating purchased orders
General all-round administrative support for the HR teamThis is a great opportunity for somebody with previous HR experience to join a busy, fast-paced and friendly HR team
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Previous HR Administration/Assistant experience
Level 3 CIPD qualified or working towards
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
