Job Description
SF have partnered with an organisation in Solihull who are looking for an HR Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. Having recently recruited a new Head of HR, they are keen to bring someone in to work closely with them to learn, develop, and carry out a very generalised role in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Recruitment and onboarding
-Supporting with ER casework including disciplinaries/grievances/sickness/absence management etc
-General day to day HR administration
-Maternity/paternity processing
-Processing flexible working requests
-Co-ordinate and support with HR projects
-Supporting finance function with payroll
-Overseeing the HR system and leading any further development
Locations: Solihull, Shirley, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Coventry
