Job Description
HR & Recruitment Manager – Media Company
£40,000 – £48,000 + Excellent Benefits
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager (ideally with some hands on recruitment experience) to join a market leading, media events business based in London.
Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Managerto oversee all aspects of recruitment and human resources practices and processes.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR & Recruitment Manager will act as the go-to person for all employee-related issues with duties including job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
Job duties & responsibilities:
Recruitment:
* Working closely with managers to conduct a robust recruitment process for all vacancies throughout the company.
* Proofread job descriptions and feed back to hiring managers on changes and suggestions based on market intel and recruitment trends.
* Build talent networks to find qualified candidates.
* Write & post job adverts.
* Use multi-channel approach to source suitable candidates.
* Manage the recruitment pages on the company website.
* Screen applicants, evaluating if they meet the minimum requirements of the role.

– Creation of formal paperwork which includes but is not limited to:
