The role…..involves providing a customer focused, accurate and proactive HR administration service. Ensuring all stakeholders have a first-class experience. Being fully responsible for the accuracy, maintenance and compliance of employee data. Other aspects include
* HR Compliance, responsibility for HR data integrity / security to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
* Support various processes including onboarding/ recruitment, HR admin, and payroll
* Liaising with all levels of stakeholders to enhance/ build relationships
* Being responsible for HR shared service visibility/ promotion throughout the organisation
* Support various change projects various projects
Previous experience
* HR / recruitment admin experience.
* Proven attention to detail
* Strong customer service
* High volume administration background
* Proven multitasking experience
* A first-class communicator / influencer with a positive and friendly attitude
