Job Description

A large well–established organisation is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide face to face and remote support for approximately 3,500 staff, located from their plush Docklands office. Duties will include being the key on-site technology support point of contact, diagnosing & resolving customer issues, creating knowledgebase articles / documentation, maintaining hardware inventory, as well as building relationships with colleagues across the organisation.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in an IT Support Technician, Helpdesk Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst, IT Support Engineer or similar technical support position. This role would suit a candidate with a passion for technology, first-class communication skills, as well as strong technical knowledge including Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware (drivers, imaging and printers) and telephony / mobile equipment. The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM as well as a relevant industry certification, for example ITIL, SDI, Microsoft, although these are not essential.
