We are hiring for IT Support Analyst into a International Bank for Central London.
Wearelookingforanexperienced IT Support Analysttojoinourteam.Thispositionrequiresmaintainingand enhancingnot only the end user computing environment but also working closely with system administrator to maintain theserverandnetworkinfrastructureofourorganization.
1-2 years' experience working as IT support analyst
Build and maintain end user workstations in line with company's policies
Assistwith writingof enduserandhelpdeskdocumentationasrequired
Responsible for 1st line desk side support, and resolving incident related toend user hardware (including desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones).
Escalation of incidents and tickets that are at risk of breaching SLA to line managers
Experience working on both Windows
Excellent communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
Organised, punctual and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task and follow Procedures successfully.
Good common sense/judgment
Verifyandreportbugs/issuesin anyinternalorcustomerfacingapplicationtorelevantvendor orinternaldevelopmentteam
Abilitytotravel(1- 3 timesa month within the UK only)Optional
Experience working in financial/regulated sector is preferred
Familiarity with Linux (command line, scripting, iptables, LAMP stack, syslog, OpenVPN desired but not required)
