Job Description

Sugarman Medical and Mind are actively looking for people with either no experience in recruitment or less than 12 months. We are looking for people who desire to work hard and have some transferable skills from existing roles.

Sugarman Medical and Mind will provide training, support and guidance in the early stages of your recruitment career.

You will be shadowing experienced Recruitment Consultants who will train and coach you through the beginning of your recruitment career.

As a junior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the source and supply of candidates within the medical and Mind sector. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet candidates needs effectively through:

Candidate attraction and registration
Relationship management
Negotiation
