An award-winning London-based digital agency is on the lookout for a Lead Front-End Developer on a permanent basis to join their ever-expanding team. This full-time Lead Front End Developer hybrid role can be office-based or fully remote and comes with a salary of £79,000 to £80,000 and excellent benefits.

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing your team members' professional growth while promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing. Through regular one-on-one meetings, code reviews, and constructive feedback, you'll help less experienced developers enhance their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

During your first few weeks in this Front-End Developer role, you can expect to begin work in some of the following areas:

Lead a team of front-end developers.
Define technical approaches and understand the rationale behind the technical solution and design approach to make appropriate decisions and sound judgement regarding front-end architecture.
