About the role – Learning Support Assistant – Enfield, North London

The Learning support Assistant will be working within mainstream students.
You will be required to promote and support the learning and welfare of pupils.
This is not subject specific, and you will work with various students in different year groups and with all subjects to ensure they have access to the full curriculum
No previous experience is necessary as training will be given; however, any previous or current experience is beneficial.
Qualifications with a minimum of A levels is essential
Good literacy and numeracy skills are also essential
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure is a must in all candidates.
You will provide one to one support for a child with special educational needs and to support the class teacher to provide effective, dynamic, and inspirational leadership.
The school is also interested in candidates who may be considering going into teaching in the future.
