Academics are currently recruiting a LSA to start ASAP in a mainstream primary school based in Islington.
Job Information
Position: LSA
Location: Islington
Hours: 8:30 – 15:30
Pay: £75 – £90
Start date/Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend an interview at the school. If successful you'll start immediately afterwards.
Requirements
Able to commit to a full-time position
Experience across KS2 is essential
Have a strong understanding of behavioural management
Adaptable and positive attitude
Commute to Enfield reliably
Ideal Candidate and Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working as an LSA and having worked with SEN children. You'll be working with children across the school in small intervention groups and 1-2-1. Strong written and spoken English are essential as the school have high standards for their students. Supporting pupils and building relationships are important to build strong foundations with children's learning. Experience with non-verbal and SEMH children will be beneficial.
