Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the growth of our client in 2023 and beyond. The role of the Marketing Executive will be a pivotal role in the development of the marketing function in establishing business growth across the business as well as establishing lasting memories across our HR Network, clients and prospects.
The role will work closely with our internal team across all elements of marketing and sales enablement from lead nurturing to creating resources like; whitepapers, podcasts, webinars and blog posts.
The role will ultimately support our marketing and sales functions to drive new leads through the business to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Location: Home Based within UK
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Full Time
Contract type: Perm PAYE or FTC available
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Key Requirements
2+ years of digital/content marketing experience
Experience of working within the HR Sector is desirable
Experience of managing internal stakeholders
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Works well in a collaborative and creative environment with the drive to work independently
Desire to learn and try out new software to speed up workflow
Tech Savvy
About the Marketing Function
The marketing function is a fast paced team, delivering high quality content for HR professionals.
We aim to support and help HR Professionals with the challenges they face in their busy day to day. Our overarching strategy is essentially to be overwhelmingly helpful. We educate and inspire whilst giving practical tools to people who are too busy, and then to remain top of mind when they are ready to buy support.
For a small team, we produce a lot of content: blogs, podcasts, youtube videos, whitepapers, checklists, webinars and courses. This means it's often all hands to deck, and moves at a fast pace to brief, commission, edit, upload and promote pieces of content we produce.
Key Responsibilities
Business as usual delivery
Uploading blogs, podcasts and content in the website (WordPress)
Working with the CRM (Hubspot)
Creating and sending marketing emails (Hubspot)
Scheduling lead nurture email workflows (Hubspot)
Scheduling social media posts across several channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube Instagram and others)
Creating, scheduling, marketing and moderating webinars (Demio)
Uploading YouTube content weekly with transcripts and thumbnails (YouTube)
Uploading podcasts to host (Captivate)
Creating images and thumbnails from templates (InDesign/Photoshop)
Other Responsibilities
Idea generation – someone with an appetite to engage and create
Image creation
Content briefing calls with copywriter
Helping manage video sessions with key members of staff
Helping with rebrand (currently underway), and website rebuild briefing (planned in next 6 months)
Engagement across all areas of the organisation
Required Experience
Has experience in digital/content marketing for 2-3 years
Preferred experience
Knowledge of Hubspot
Social media experience
Video / image editing
