M&E Maintenance Engineer – NEW ROLE

£38,000 + Company Benefits & Progression

Monday – Friday / Early or Afternoons

City of London, Liverpool Street

Large Commercial Office / Banking Environment

Our largest client is now looking for an M&E Maintenance Engineer to work in a large commercial office based on a prestigious banking contract. This is a brand new role joining an existing team of engineers on the site. our client can offer the industry's best benefits, progression, further training, salary packages and more.

We are looking for a candidate who is confident and experienced enough to open or close the site when needed. With this role you will be looking after all aspects of maintenance across electrical works to plumbing and water treatments.

We are looking for a Static Multi-Skilled Engineer wanting to join a technical team looking for their next step in facilities maintenance.


Carried out planned maintenance in line with M-ERP requirements
Communicating with the client
Multi skilled maintenance, Reactive and Pre Planned Maintenance
Looking after water systems and cooling towers
Multi-skilled trades service provision to site, plumbing and other trades as required
Reactive maintenance in accordance to SLA and KPI's.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing local site standards and procedures whilst complying with legal regulations
Host sub-contractors to ensure site is ready for trades at the appropriate times.
Assist in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across site working alongside the site Technical Services Manager and Small Works Manager.
Flexibility to work out of hours and at weekends
Flexibility to carry out other reasonable requests from line manager to support the wider team.

Recognized plumbing qualification
Working with F-Gas system advantageous
Experience of building maintenance, handyperson or janitorial duties.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment.
Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management.
Confident, driven and pro-active.
Able to do the job right and do it right first time, within a pre-determined timescale.
Willingness to undertake further training.
