Job Description

Options Resourcing Ltd are looking for a M&E Site Manager for a leading building services company to run a project in Lewisham. It will be a mixture of New build Residential/Commercial project controlling the full HVAC, Electrical and Security/Fire alarms installation onsite

The role is looking to take someone on a 6 month+ contract from when the project starts end of March.

The day rate we are looking to pay is between £250 – £350 per day depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements
SMSTS or SSSTS
Experience with working with 1+ million pound M&E projects
