Job Description

Project Director
MEP Contracting (Building Services)
London

My client is an internationally known, market leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor with a strong experience of delivering major projects across the UK & Europe. They specialise in all types of projects from major commercial, health care, and mission critical schemes.

They have a requirement for a MEP Project Director to strategically lead a large retail refurbishment project in Central London. M&E value for the project will be over £50m.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Pre-construction, procurement, and assistance with bids for projects
Full cost control of the project with close alignment to QS – Financial reporting to management
Technical submittals, RFI’s, noticing and rectifying flaws in design
Delegation of work to project team and full management of it (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
