Your future employer is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Printer Field Service Engineer to join their growing team, servicing and working on MFPs/Printers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is self motivated and pro-active, and has excellent knowledge and experience in the industry. Given the nature of this position, we are offering a strong package of £28-30k Company Bonuses, compensation for winning awards monthly, and a monthly lottery!. This a purely 9am-5pm Monday to Friday position (with no weekend work!!) there is optional overtime available.

No driving license is required for this position as the role is 'on foot', the area being covered will be Central London, so the ideal candidate will require easy access to public transport.
The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful service engineer are as follows:
* Responding to machine failures within the agreed SLA
* Training staff on sites showing the operational features of the equipment once it is installed
* Liaising with the service desk to ensure calls are completed
* Working towards a first-time-fix
* Providing cover to other areas as required (due to holidays, sick days, etc.)

Skills and experience required:
* Minimum of 1 years experience of MFP/printer engineering
* Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Excellent problem solving skills

Full in-house training will be provided for this position, as will travel costs, all tools, and a tablet and phone. Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer in the IT/Printer industry is essential for this position.
