A leading HVAC hard FM contractor currently has key requirements for a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to cover Commercial Buildings in London and surrounding areas. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCU's, AHU's and small plumbing repairs
As a Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be: –

Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer will service and maintain BMS front end systems
Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Will be covering 2 x Commercial sites one in Blackfriars London and the other in DidcotRequirements for the Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer: –

Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer to have breakdown experience on all Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Multi-site Electrical Building Services Engineer must have a level 3 qualification and 18th Edition
