Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our high-end media client based in the heart of the West-End. As an Receptionist you will act as the face of the company and be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors.
Your duties & responsibilities will include:
Answering and forwarding all phone calls to the relevant department or assistant with a confident and professional phone manner, displaying a knowledge and familiarity of the company, our clients and our work.
Responding to the door buzzer, alerting assistants to the arrival of clients and greeting visitors to the office in a welcoming manner.
Ensuring a friendly and professional reception at all times, while also ensuring that it is tidy and ready for guests.
Handling meeting room bookings and maintaining the meeting room calendars, ensuring the meeting room is kept clean and stocked for each meeting throughout the day.
Responsible for ordering & overseeing food deliveries (office groceries), consumables (bin liners etc) and general office supplies.Our client is looking for an individual with a passion for all things TV/theatre/film and talent with also, excellent communication and organanisation skills.
