Job Description

Peabody has an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Team Leader on a full time, permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road Office in London. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.

As our Onboarding Team Leader, you will oversee the processes and procedures Peabody follows hiring new colleagues. You will lead and manage a team of 5 Onboarding Coordinators to deliver an engaging, effective, seamless, and compliant onboarding service.

This role will require a minimum of 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge office.

What we're looking for in our Onboarding Team Leader:

Experience as an Onboarding leader or a similar position

Experience implementing Applicant Tracking Systems, and Onboarding processes

Good communication skills and the ability to handle confidentiality

The ability to own and solve complex problems efficiently

What you can expect to be doing as our Onboarding Team Leader:

Leading and overseeing the delivery of an effective onboarding service by managing the Onboarding team and collaborating closely with other teams, in particular the Talent team

Supporting the Talent Manager to raise commercial awareness within the team by building understanding, highlighting expectations on how to support the business

Leading, developing and managing the Onboarding team by driving their performance through KPIs, connected conversations and coaching

Maintaining a fully compliant new starter procedure in line with regulatory requirements by ensuring all processes are followed for obtaining and checking right to work, references and DBS (where applicable) for all new starters at Peabody

Supporting with the delivery of an engaging induction for new starters by collaborating with managers and other teams across Peabody, in particular L&OD Team and IT Service Desk

Identifying areas for continuous improvement and providing regular metrics, analytics and reports by researching and networking externally, in addition to collating internal feedback and managing all reporting

Managing the onboarding portal and being the key account manager
