Job Description

You, a bright, progressive, business support candidate have the chance to start a varied role in operations supporting a range of functions, including IT and HR. This role will liaise with the external IT supplier and the incumbent must be IT savvy with good MS 365 skills. You will get support from the country managers and COO.

As the Operations Administrator at this London based solar company, you will:

Liaise with the outsourced IT service provider to rectify any issues
Implement GDPR procedures and checks
HR administration when required
Understanding of IT – Office 365 and sharepoint
Structure filing and folder structure
Discuss domain names and connecting websites – understand these issues and how to address them with the provider
Manage admin tasks for recruitment and on-boarding – liaise with recruitment companies
Speaking to people through phone and email
Attend some face to face meetings Profile

To be successful in applying to this Operations Administrator role, you should have:

Good IT skills, such as MS 365
