Job Description
We are looking for a service agent.
【Company】
World’s leading airline
【Position】
passenger service agent
【Salary】
23K~26K GBP per annual (Depends on experience)
Including Shift Allowance, In addition to this we offer a non-guaranteed annual bonus of equivalent to around one month salary.
【Job Type】
2-year Fixed Term Contract with a potential to be extended depending on business and performance
【Location】
Heathrow Airport
【Office Hour】
4 days work and 2 days off *including weekend and early/late shift
【Start Date】
ASAP
【Job Content】
Passenger service operations (e.g. flight preparation, handling enquiries)
【Essential Skills】
• Business level Japanese/English language skills
• Customer service experience, e.g. airport/airline industry
• GCSE Math & English Grade C or above, or equivalent
