Job Description
If you are an experienced Personal Assistant who is immediately available, please see below the details of an exciting new long term temporary position that has just become available.
Day to day you will supporting the Senior Secretary, in a range of organisational and secretarial tasks. This includes full diary management, arranging meetings and working closely with the Executive Assistant.
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Pay Rate: £36kpa
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
Location: SE1
Duration: Immediate start, temporary for 6 months

The management of the Secretary's diary
Provide a professional, discreet, courteous, and efficient first point of contact
To maintain complete confidentiality and integrity always
Building key relationships with other members of the team
Arranging meetings with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including Trustees and external legal and property advisers
Development and maintenance of Word and/or Excel meeting notes and actions
Schedule follow-up meetings and using Excel, tracking actions for follow-up
Responding to correspondence and enquiries, including drafting letters
Managing invoices and legal documents
Responding to emails where appropriate
Managing and responding to phone calls
Management of files and papers; with the aim of continuing to move to a paperless office
Developing easily accessible folders for electronic files
Provide general support to the Secretary, including formatting and proof reading of reports, use of Excel to support monitoring activity
Assist front office reception staff when required
