Spinwell is recruiting for an PMO Analyst for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PMO ANALYST

To support an effective Portfolio Management Office within the capital programme, providing quality assurance over capital programme and project/programme progress reporting, including risk and issue management. To provide and develop and manage effective processes and frameworks to support delivery of our capital investment programmes and enable robust reporting and assurance to senior officer and member boards.

To demonstrate the performance, delivery successes and outcomes for local communities and the local economy of our ambitious capital investment portfolio, providing a portfolio view of the physical and social return on investment it delivers for our residents.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PMO ANALYST

A motivated individual who has excellent data and analytical skills and understanding and experience of project/programme management, as well as demonstrable working knowledge of governance and assurance, risk management and benefits realisation.

The ability to work collaboratively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels across the Council will also be key to success.
