Job Description

Achieva are currently recruiting for a Practise Nurse in the Central London area 

This is for an ongoing contract working full time on site with 3 days as a minimum

Competitive hourly rate!

This role will include:-

– Providing safe and effective evidence based patient care 
– Providing minor illness and triage using clinical assessments 
– Monitor and evaluate patient results
– identification of health education campaigns 
– Health Screening 
– Anaphylaxis resuscitation techniques

The successful candidate will need to be NMC registered and experienced in primary care.
Preferably chronic disease and illness management with A n E experience desirable
