Career Level Manager
My client is seeking a hands on, experienced Project Support Administrator to join their growing team.
Duties include providing general administration assistance to site teams ensuring that all project documents are present using a B2B online platform, tracking process of checks and editing and uploading document templates.
The role holder will be the first point of contact for incoming work orders relating to store maintenance requests. You will quote for jobs using pre-agreed rates within a template, liaise with colleagues to arrange labour as well as with communicating with suppliers to request quotes and labour.
As part of this role you will be tracking and file keeping for all jobs from inception to completion.
The role holder will provide support to project management including daily checking of minor work (snag) allocations, producing weekly reports and requesting action updates.
The role holder will act as an on-site Administrator and Invigilator for CSCS testing and will be responsible for the file keeping of Health & Safety records.
Key Skills and Requirements
As a Project support Administrator, you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong Microsoft office skills, be self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to work accurately on an independent basis always giving attention to detail.
Previous construction experience is advantageous.
