This well-established refurbishment construction company work on a range of projects for a wide array of sectors including; pubs and restaurants, hotels, offices and housing associations. The company pride themselves on delivering a high quality service to all clients and have therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have continued to increase their workload and they are now looking to bring an ambitious Project Administrator to join their team.
In this role you will be based from the main office. You will be assisting the Senior Project Manager in delivering administration for all projects as well as dealing with documentation, compliances, ordering materials, organising diaries, and purchase orders. You will also be in charge of data entry, invoicing, stock inventory and ordering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator looking to join a reputable construction company which offers a varied workload and responsibility from day one alongside a great salary and package.
Providing project financial assistance
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and engineers
Previous administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Full UK Driving License
